【蒜蓉蚝油生菜】
食材:生菜、油、盐、葱、蒜、蚝油、酱油、香油、糖、淀粉
做法:1、葱和蒜切碎末备用,锅内放水,水开后加入少许食盐和油,放入洗好的生菜,水再次煮开后捞出,沥干水分。2、取一小碗,倒入蚝油,酱油,香油,少许糖和淀粉水调匀。3、锅中倒入油烧至7成热,加入葱花,蒜泥爆香。4、倒入调好的料汁,搅拌开后熬开,淋到生菜上即可。
