糯米蒸糕(口味随意)
步骤:
1、糯米粉拿开水烫熟成面糊(比较绵软),或面团(口感劲道);
2、烧一锅开水,蒸笼/模具底部垫湿布或油纸;
3、糯米糊/团中加入调味品,如:芒果蓉、红豆沙、枣泥、砂糖等等……
4、上锅大火蒸20-30分钟(依分量多少而定);
5、取出,晾凉,脱模,切片,即可。
6、如果想要蒸双色/多色的话,由下往上,依次加入不同色面糊,每种颜色蒸10分钟左右。
