【甜香酥脆的麻团(空心版) 】
材料:糯米粉250克、白砂糖70克、水约170克、熟白芝麻
1、将白砂糖放到温水中融化,然后和糯米粉混合成软硬合适的糯米团,平分成25克大小的等份,团圆捏实。放到熟白芝麻中,用芝麻包裹糯米团捏实
2、锅倒油温至3成热,放入麻团浸炸,待升至6成热时,麻团快漂起时,用漏勺配合勺子按压麻团,压扁后待鼓起时再压,反复几次,麻团鼓起,至金黄色后捞出
3、炸好的麻团用油脂吸干净多余油脂即可食用,热食口味最佳
