人的长寿与生活习惯规律有直接关系,坐、卧、行、立与饮食是长寿的基础!

养成良好的生活习惯与规律,有益身心!

古人说,发宜多梳,面宜多擦,目宜常运,耳宜常弹,舌宜常抵腭,齿宜数叩,津宜数咽,背宜常暖,胸宜常摩,腹宜常擦谷道宜常撮,关节宜常摇,足心宜常擦。这些说明人体各个部位皆应天天适当的运动与良性的刺激,这样身份的才会活跃,不易老化!

以下是总结的生活小细节与参考!

第一:早起在晨光初见之时,应人类长期在日出而作之习惯,有助生命之气息共脉动的第一步;

第二:叩动牙齿,练习牙齿周围的肌肉,且口有津液,慢慢下咽,牙齿是保口的第一关,运动牙与其的肌肉,就是重中之重,以免病从口入的

人能保持健康,首先要注意饮食,正所谓病从口入,所要因人而有异有良好与适当的饮食习惯;其次就是劳逸结合一张一弛,让精神与身体有合适劳作与休息,互相交替与互相有良性的影响;最后就是心态良好,没有不必要的忧愁与顾虑!这样心身就能健康!
